Tuition Fees at Meridian

Meridian Private Primary School in Vienna is a privately operated educational institution that is financed solely through tuition fees and receives no subsidies from the federal government or the City of Vienna. We offer high-quality education for your children – and it is very important to us to provide our services transparently.

The total costs consist of the registration fee, an investment contribution, and the tuition fees including meal costs. The fee for native language instruction as well as additional costs for possible supplementary offerings are charged separately.

We strive to keep costs transparent and reasonable.

Tuition Fees 2026/2027

Exemption from the Registration Fee at MERIDIAN

Due to current circumstances and several enquiries, we would like to inform you that the registration fee of EUR 250 at MERIDIAN does not need to be paid if you have already paid a registration fee at another school (e.g. for an introductory meeting or school readiness assessment). The registration fee at MERIDIAN will be waived in full. A payment confirmation is sufficient as proof. The amount of the fee already paid is also irrelevant. No difference needs to be paid if the fee at another school was lower.

Multi-child discount: 10% for the second child and 5% for each additional child. Early supervision from 8:00 AM and late supervision until 5:10 PM (until 4:00 PM on Fridays) is included in the price. Lunch and snacks are mandatory for all children at MERIDIAN Private Primary School. A direct debit mandate is required for monthly payments.

Registration Fee

Registrations can only be processed after receipt of all necessary documents and payment of the registration fee. You will receive a detailed list of all documents after completing the pre-registration on the homepage and upon express invitation to enrol by the school management. Payment of the processing fee is a prerequisite for scheduling the enrolment interview. Pre-registrations are non-binding and remain FREE. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Investment Contribution

The investment contribution is due upon final admission of the child and upon signing of the education contract and serves to maintain, repair, and expand the school. The investment contribution is paid upon admission. For families with multiple children at Meridian Private Primary School Grinzing, the investment contribution is only due for the first two siblings. The investment contribution is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of withdrawal for any reason and re-registration within 24 months, no new investment contribution is due.

Deposit

The deposit is held upon admission of the child to Meridian Private Primary School Grinzing. The deposit (without interest) will be refunded when the child leaves the school. Any outstanding claims will be offset.
